A Novel TiO2 based solar cells


We herein report an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy study on TiO2 based solar cellsin which a copper bridge was found to significantly reduce the resistance of the TiO2 solar cells.The effects of different ions in the polymer electrolyte on the resistance of the solar cells were also observed. In addition, the use of a natural polymer from the resin of Coromendelica saccharata sturt improved the performance of the solar cells, significantly increasing their efficiency and fill factor to 5.015% and 0.90, respectively.
